Do you store my credit card information?

No. We never collect, process, or store your payment details. We partner with Paddle, an industry-leading global merchant of record, who handles the entire checkout process securely with bank-level encryption.

Is my personal data and audio secure?

Absolutely. Your files are encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your audio is processed strictly to generate your podcast assets, and your private data is never used to train public AI models.

Do unused processing hours roll over?

No, processing hours reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. This allows us to keep our flat monthly rates as low as possible without complicated carrying balances.

What happens if I go over my monthly hours?

If you hit your limit, new audio processing will temporarily pause. You can easily upgrade your plan directly from your dashboard to unlock more hours immediately.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time right from your account settings.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are a consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription charge, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds may be declined in cases such as abusive usage, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.
