General & Uploads
We currently support all common audio formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, and AAC. (Video uploads are not supported at this time). The maximum file size is 500MB per upload, and the maximum audio duration is 4 hours per file.
Processing time depends on the length of your audio, but it is typically a fraction of the episode's duration. A standard 60-minute podcast usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes to fully process.
Yes. All generated titles, show notes, and transcripts are provided as clean, formatted text that you can easily copy, paste, and tweak in your preferred publishing platform.
AI & Transcription Accuracy
Our transcription achieves 98%+ accuracy for clear audio in popular languages like English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. While our AI can process over 90+ global languages, accuracy may vary significantly for less common dialects or languages. It also automatically handles speaker diarization (labeling who is speaking) and precise timestamps.
AI queries power our interactive Podcast Intelligence feature. Once your episode is processed, you can chat directly with your audio. You use one query every time you ask the AI a question, like 'summarize the main takeaway' or 'write a custom LinkedIn post about the guest's funding advice.'
Yes, our engine uses advanced speaker diarization to automatically detect when a new voice starts speaking, separating your transcript cleanly into Host and Guest dialogue.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely. Your files are securely encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your audio is processed strictly to generate your podcast assets.
No. Your private data, audio files, and transcripts are never used to train public AI models. Your content belongs 100% to you.
No. We never collect, process, or store your payment details. We partner with Paddle, an industry-leading global merchant of record, who handles the entire checkout process securely with bank-level encryption.
Billing & Subscriptions
If you use all of your included processing hours, new uploads will temporarily pause. You can easily upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your dashboard to instantly unlock more hours, or simply wait until your hours reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
No, processing hours reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. This allows us to keep our flat monthly rates as low as possible without complicated carrying balances.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time right from your account settings.
If you are a consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription charge, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds may be declined in cases such as abusive usage, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.
